And it really helps that they're just 92 calories and produced from entirely wholesome ingredients!

I am a legitimate oatmeal cookie monster... I only counted, and as of January 2018, I have shared 47 oatmeal cookie recipes with you. Eep! Have you tried any of these yet? (? They are a few of the most popular recipes on my blog because they taste very sweet and cozy, exactly like traditional"indulgent" oatmeal cookie recipes, but they contain no refined sugar or bread!

So you'll begin with whole wheat flour (or fermented, if you like ) and immediate oats (like these... or those for a gluten free version!) . Immediate oats are smaller and thinner than conventional rolled oats, and you are able to see them in canisters right alongside those old-fashioned oats in the grocery shop.

I probably sound like a broken record by now... But because I ? you and also want your cookies to turn out perfectly soft and chewy, I'm reminding you again... Quantify your yogurt and bread properly, applying this technique or even a kitchen scale! (? That's the one I own and love. It just cost $20!) Only add them to a microwave-safe bowl, and put water on top till they're fully covered. Seal plastic wrap over the surface, and microwave the bowl on high for 1 second. Yields: 15 biscuits

These oatmeal cookies are tender, chewy, and full of banana flavor! The recognizable cozy spices and plump blueberries make them even more irresistible. They will keep for a minumum of one week if stored in an airtight container in the fridge --if they last that long!


1 cup (100g) instant oats (fermented if essential and quantified like this)

3/4 cup (90g) whole wheat or fermented * flour (quantified like that )

1 1/2 tsp baking powder



1/4 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons (28g) unsalted butter or coconut oil, melted and cooled slightly

1/4 cup (63g) mashed banana

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup (120mL) pure maple syrup

1/4 cup (40g) raisins

In a medium bowlwhisk together the yogurt, milk, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk together the butter or coconut oil, mashed banana, and vanilla. Stir in the maple syrup. Add in the flour mixture, stirring just until incorporated. Fold in the raisins.

Preheat the oven to 325°F, and line a baking sheet with this content a silicone baking mat or parchment paper.
